Two related LLCs, Americana Liberty LLC (d/b/a Stand Flag Poles) and Three Nations LLC (d/b/a Americana Flag Poles), run by three individuals named personally in the FTC case.
Why Avoid
The companies sold flags and flagpoles as "100% Made in the USA", "100% American Made Tough" and "Built by Americans for Americans". The FTC alleged several products were wholly imported from China and others had significant Chinese components, and that some flags were claimed as US-made when the defendants knew they were made in China. They settled in 2026 and agreed to $167,743 in consumer redress, after an FTC warning letter in July 2025.
