Passed from its American founder to Malaysia's KLK (1996), Hong Kong's Khuan Choo International (2012) and Nan Hai Corporation (2016). It closed most stores in 2019 and now trades mainly online and in Asia. Glossy reported in 2021 that Nan Hai owned 70% of the brand.
