The five groups
Each document was read for what it says about repair by someone other than the manufacturer or its authorized dealer, and about parts not sold by the manufacturer. It was then put in one of five groups by the strictest clause it contains. A document that states the right somewhere and contradicts it elsewhere was graded on the stricter clause.
