Ownership
Four financial owners since 1987: Newell (hostile takeover), Cerberus (2006 bankruptcy), Monomoy (dividend recap, sale-leaseback, 2015 EveryWare bankruptcy), now Centre Lane, which sold the entire Lancaster factory in a 2023 sale-leaseback and closed the Charleroi Pyrex plant.
