Ownership
Helen of Troy bought Steel Technology LLC, dba Hydro Flask, for about $210 million in March 2016. Sales have slid hard inside HELE's Home & Outdoor segment: down 13.7% in the quarter ended August 2025, with an $85.5M impairment, distribution losses, and cancelled China direct-import orders in response to tariffs.
