Why Avoid
Patriot Puck sold its pucks as "Proudly Made in the USA" and "The only American Made Hockey Puck!" The FTC alleged the pucks were wholly imported from China and that the companies had imported 74,411 kilograms of them since January 2016. The companies settled in 2019 under orders barring unqualified US-origin claims; they paid no money, and two commissioners dissented.
