Wolverine World Wide acquired Saucony in the October 2012 Collective Brands break-up: Wolverine took the Performance + Lifestyle Group (Saucony, Sperry, Keds, Stride Rite) for ~$1.24B while Blum Capital and Golden Gate took Payless.
